We want you to shop with confidence knowing your IKEA products will be loved for years to come.
In addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Law, we offer a 1-Year Warranty from the date of collection or delivery.
What Our Warranty Covers

Replacement or repair of any product with a manufacturing or material defect

Defects that are not the result of normal wear and tear

Defects that are not a natural characteristic of the materials used
(Examples: structural issues, faulty mechanisms, material flaws)
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear

Finishing details (e.g. stitching, glue, nails, tacks)

Damage from misuse or improper care

Misuse, abuse, drops, impacts, or crushing

Exposure to extreme heat, cold, UV, or sunlight damage

Using the product in a way it wasn’t designed for

Modifications or incorrect adjustments

Repairs attempted by service providers not approved by Good Furniture

Failure to follow manufacturer’s care or usage instructions

Electrical issues caused by incorrect or inconsistent power supply

Use with inappropriate accessories
