All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
How Payment Works

You’ll be asked to submit your payment details at the time of placing your order.

Once your items are in stock and ready for dispatch, we’ll process the payment for the total order value (including delivery charges) using your nominated credit card.

A confirmation email will be sent showing the goods purchased and the total order amount.

Your invoice can also be viewed at any time by logging into your account on www.goodfurniture.co.nz and checking your Order History.
Payment Issues

If your card is declined by your financial institution, we can’t guarantee the delivery of your goods. We’ll contact you to arrange an alternative payment or delivery option.

We reserve the right not to accept credit card payments for any reason. If this happens, your order won’t be processed, and we’ll contact you with other payment options.
