Damage claim policy

All claims must be sent to info@goodfurniture.co.nz by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

If you choose "Authorized to Leave", we will not accept any claims for damage or loss, please read carefully when you accept the ATL terms and conditions of any courier and freight forwarder.

Before assembling the furniture, please open the box and check all parts and hardware. If you find any parts are damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately.

Once you start assembling, we will not accept any claims for damage or missing parts. This means that there must be no traces of installation on the damaged parts.

If you plan to assemble the furniture later, please open the box and check all packages within 2 days after receiving the package. According to the carrier's policy, they will not accept any damage or loss after 7 days of your proof of delivery (POD). Please give us some extra time to help you deal with them.

IKEA products are flat-packed, most products need to be assembled, and improper installation will lead to the risk of damage. If you have no installation experience, please read and follow the assembly instructions carefully or search for installation videos on YouTube.
