Damage claim policy

Before you assemble the furniture, please open the box and inspect all pieces and hardware first. If you find any pieces get damaged or missing parts, please contact us immediately.  

 

We DO NOT accept any claims for damage or missing parts once you start assembling. It means there must be no traces of installation on the damaged piece.

 

If you plan to assemble the furniture later, please open the box to check all packages in 3 days once you received them. According to the shipping carrier's policy, they don't accept any damage or loss after 7 days when you received and signed. Please give us some extra time to help you for dealing with them.

 

IKEA products come in flat packaging, and most of them require assembly. It has the risk of damage to the installation. If you have no installation experience, please read and follow the assembly instructions carefully or search for the installation video on YouTube.
