Most IKEA products are flat-packed so they’re easy for you to take home.
We also offer local and nationwide delivery, making sure your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.
Delivery Timeframes

Orders are delivered to the front door of the specified address

We don’t move items into rooms or upstairs

If the premises does not have lift access, our Service Provider may decline to carry goods upstairs

If you’re not at home or work, the courier will attempt to leave your order in a safe place (signature is not required)

Damaged on Delivery
If your item is damaged during delivery, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Extra Rural Charge
Freight companies reserve the right to charge a rural delivery surcharge for remote addresses.

If the original shipping fee doesn’t cover the surcharge, we’ll forward you the freight company’s invoice for payment
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
